Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on the next business day after they are placed.

  • Orders made on Friday or during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

  • As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. 

Ps.: We remind you that the order is sent to the carrier up to 3 days after invoicing, and only then does the delivery time specified at the time of purchase begin to apply.

Problems with Shipping and Lost Packages
