EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

At FEPPS, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no need to provide a reason.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • If the product is missing its original packaging, the refund amount may be reduced.
  • Certain intimate products (bikinis and panties) can only be returned if they have not been worn and the original protective plastic seal is intact.

How to Make a Return:

Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.
Packaging and Shipping: Make sure the items are securely packed. You are responsible for the package until we receive it — keep the postal receipt and tracking number.
Return Cost: A handling and return shipping fee of:
$ 20.00 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Note: If you return only part of the order, the shipping fee paid at purchase will not be refunded.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and process your return, we will refund the value of the returned products (excluding the return shipping fee).

Refund Process:

  • If you paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used.
  • If you paid via PIX, the refund will be made to a checking account under the same name.

 

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The item is not in its original condition (missing tags, signs of wear, odors, or stains).
  • Intimate products (bikinis and panties) have been worn or are missing the hygienic protection seal.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will resolve the issue!

How to File a Complaint: Send an email to [email protected] with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Description of the problem
  • Photos/videos showing the defect

Complaints must be made within 14 days of identifying the defect.
We will process your request within 1–2 business days and provide further instructions.

Note: Complaints cover manufacturing defects but do not include natural wear or damage caused by misuse.
